Power Supply Connection

Because AREVA T&D is a complete substation provider, power supply connection is a standard service, provided in accordance with customer requests and applicable regulations on a country-to-country basis.

The continued involvement of AREVA T&D engineers during the commissioning phase-including product setting, testing and measurement, and, finally, trial runs-ensures all performance commitments. - Setting of Products. After installation, products and equipment are finely tuned and customized to meet the specific requirements of their operating environment and end use.
- Stand-alone Tests. A series of tests is performed according to local standards (ANSI in the United States, CSA in Canada, IEC in Europe, and so forth). AREVA T&D engineers can perform these tests for the customer, or supervise the local utility crew throughout the testing process.
- Substation Energization. A professional approach throughout the entire project, diligent supervision, experienced management, and a proven quality-assurance process ensure successful, trouble-free energization.
