Repairs

With extensive technical capabilities within its repair shops and service professionals closely aligned with product specialists at every manufacturing location, AREVA T&D’s service organization provides the highest possible skill levels in problem analysis, diagnosis, and repair. This proven expertise, combined with efficient process management and stringent quality assurance, ensures that non-availability time of customer equipment is always reduced to the minimum.

Emergency Support Contracts

To assist customers in resolving emergency situations, AREVA T&D offers two types of emergency support contracts.

24/7 Hot Line

Available around the clock, seven days a week, AREVA T&D’s Hot Service emergency support ensures that in the event of an emergency:


- A service team will be on the customer site, or
- An engineer will be dispatched immediately, or
- An expert professional will be available to analyze the problem and provide instructions by telephone.

This is a service contract between AREVA T&D and its customers. This is not to be confused with the 24/7 Contact Center, which is available to help with general questions.
